It is with great enthusiasm and a profound sense of duty that I announce my candidacy for the position of District Court Judge. My name is Tomakio S. Gause, and I am honored to run on a candidacy committed to justice, fairness, and the well-being of our community.

Community Roots:

In my practice, I have served indigent criminal and civil clients for the past 17 years. I understand the unique challenges facing the citizens of our community.  My husband is a public high school principal, my children attend Guilford County schools, and I frequently volunteer with the youth of our community. My dedication to public service extends beyond the courtroom, as I am deeply invested in the well-being and success of each member of our community.

Why I'm Running:

Our district deserves a judge who is not only knowledgeable about the law but also passionate about serving the people. I am running for District Court Judge because I believe in a legal system that is accessible, fair, and accountable to the community it serves. Together, we can build a future where justice prevails for all.
